What iCrew is telling you is you put in the 5 days each month (they have to be consecutive) that you don't want recurrent training.

You have to put your Golden Days prior to the 1st of the month that you are specifying for. For example, for Feb 2010 training, you Training Golden days must be in before Jan 1st. Training department has between Jan 1st and Jan 5th to assign you any training in Feb. If you don't have any training specified by Jan 5th, you won't be going to recurrent training in Feb.

You can put in Feb and Mar Training Golden days now, doesn't have to be just before that month.
