You need representation and we need it yesterday. Let's review a few facts.

-You have no scope protection
-You have questionable merger protection at best
-Your retirement is at least 35% below industry standard
-You have crappy health insurance and NO health insurance if you go out on long term disability beyond 24 months
-You have a crappy FSM that was ramrodded down the pilots throat with little to no imput from the collective group
-You have no outside representation if you are involved in an incident/accident
-You work for a company that claimed you got to negotiate your PEA before you started, as stated by company attorneys
-You work for a company that is fighting tooth and nail to stop a group of pilots that are disputing an issue in your PEA

I know what it's like to have union (ALPA twice) representation and I know what it's like to live under the so-called direct relationship. It's direct alright, they make the rules and you follow them. The above are facts, it's not pleasant to talk about it but it is the truth. This management team has done the wrong thing time in and time again. It's not all bad but it's time for representation.
