i have heard its pretty shady, but you get your ME done as cheap as possible. Depending on where you are as a pilot, don't highly encourage it because you don't know how safe you are, even once youre done with the training. Have you been taught everything you need to know? Is there something you've missed that will/could get you killed? Just my opinion.... To each his own though, fly at own risk!
