Jet Blue is not hiring and others are evaluating their staffing needs with fuel prices, Mainline letting regionals fly larger aircraft = less movement, I think that it will be 2013+ before someone hired at Lakes today will upgrade, other airlines are stepping up their attempts to secure EAS routes (taking them away from Lakes) airplanes falling apart and Beech isn't making more 1900, maybe they can go get some Saab 340 that other people park... and get a FA, yea right... Who knows, Captains by this summer!!!
