I took the All-ATP route in Jacksonville earlier this year. Went in cold, no prior studying. Sat in a box all day scrolling through questions, then took the test after around 8 hours and scored in the high 90's. Believe me, it's an EXTREMELY painful day. But it's only one day. Good luck!
