In a nutshell it's all about the 400's. Southern is pushing hard to get the approval process completed, but the FAA will only let you get so far without an actual plane of that type on the property... They are working on that, but they keep aircraft acquisition news pretty quiet until it has already happened.
So things are still moving (slowly) when it comes to bringing the 400's on, as it is not just a priority but the near complete focus of the company. Once they get the 400's, and get the Fed's blessing, they are going to move forward again.
Wish I could give ya something more solid than that, but we are waiting to hear news ourselves.
