How much time did you guys have when getting hired anyways? you should have a min of 200 pic when you get your CPL (minus 50 hours PPL-Average time 60 hours minus the 10 solo required). Then theres multi CPL and CFI certificates, if you managed to get in with less then 250 thats amazing.
Many big flight schools have FAA approved courses that allow Comm Cert to be completed prior to 250, many of those courses even exclude the 50 hr x/c requirement.
