Airlines that carry less than 1% of the total passenger traffic are not required to report their ontime performance. When you look up the performance for PNCL you will only find PRASM, CASM and RASM.
If you have some further knowledge, why not share the stats instead of being a panzy! The original intent of this thread was to gather knowledge.

I just told you where to get all the information you are requesting. Go review it yourself.
All the stats are listed. CF, D0, D5, A0, A15, DOT 15. This is for every DCI carrier.
Pinnacle doesn't report the stats to the DOT. Delta still tracks everything.
