Q CA = 7.1-21.1% avg 9.8%
Q FO= 14.1-23.4% avg 20%
S CA= 10.9-17.5% avg 14.5%
S FO=1.9-23.4% avg 11.8 %

Colgan hit the lottery even with your supposed B scale. Go to the road shows listen and learn. The pot of gold needs to be doled out fairly to all three pilot groups. Colgan Pilots IMHO got their fair share on this.
