Colgan hit the lottery even with your supposed B scale. Go to the road shows listen and learn. The pot of gold needs to be doled out fairly to all three pilot groups. Colgan Pilots IMHO got their fair share on this.
nobody is saying colgan didn't make out with this TA. We were the lowest paid of the three carriers. What they are saying is what is the point of two seperate pay scales for the same pilots, on the same senority list, flying the same aircraft, making less money?
