It so sick and predictable around here. Usually when the VJM memo comes out it has some long winded excuse about unusually bad weather causing strain on staffing. This year they pretty much just said 'please come to work for the love of god!'

You would think the guy running Flight Ops would be gently pushed out the door for this level of incompetence. Nope and in fact he gets promoted to run Flight Ops at United Airlines. Got news for you Freddo, this pilot group won't bail out your bean counting paltry staffing like it pathetically has in the past...
