Aggressive holiday pay is something I would like to see in this business. Too many airlines simply ferry airplanes out of the bases during the holidays resulting in long, unproductive, hotel sits.
JetBlue pays Double Pay on T-Day/X-Mas/New Years. You would be surprised how senior some trips go. Often times not all Reserves are used. Almost all stations offer food to crews in Employee Lounge.
