I thought it was 18 months and you have to the full blown training. If it is like anything I had to do....3 days of ground school, one practice sim and then MV and LOE. The atmosphere in the training department has changed. It was actually a pleasant experience when I went.
Yea I don't know about the 18 months, you might be right. For us it was infact 2 AD sessions we had. But that was the Oct. recall class.
