You want to know what's messed up? Those rates were negotiated in 2004 with 2007 as the expiration date. For the same seat/longevity, I'm only $1 ahead. In other words, my current rate in 2010 is only $1 above the 2007 rate. At the next longevity step, I'm roughly 30 cents ahead.
