Remember---TWA pilots who were
'integrated'into AA, didn't approve/disapprove or have any comment on the content or provisions of terms and conditions of Supplement CC to the APA CBA. It was crammed down our throat with no input or feedback from our group
whatsoever.
APA (with ALPA's help and tacit approval) crafted all of Supp CC, and you'll just have to live with it.
