Someone makes 255 hrs for Dec. The way I see it, that is two pilot positions that other pilots could have upgraded to. We shoot ourselves in the foot by chasing the almighty dollar. I for one don't think it's great. I think Dal should staff the airline with the required staff. More upgrades and a better run airline.
