Damn good point! Set them all free, each and every one of them, because, after all, they have parents and loved ones too. Yeah, that'll work. Then how safe would you and yours be? No one is advocating that his parents, etc, suffer, it's just that life sort of works that way. Two weeks ago, my son was diagnosed with hodgkins disease. He starts chemotherapy tomorrow, followed, if he's lucky by radiation therapy. Did he deserve this at 34 years old? Probably not. Do my wife and I deserve the feelings that we're going through right now, worrying about his long-term health and how he's going to handle these therapies? No, but that's the way life is. Look, no one is suggesting that this guys' loved ones stop loving and caring for him. What we are suggesting is that if he's found guilty, then he should be put away for a good long time.
