Bear in mind that we just had major storms in both ATL and NYC.
Why do we man it so that during the busiest time of the year (summer) we barely have 3 guys/day on short call.. but in winter.. when flying has been pulleed back.. we have 6 guys/day on SC? Just asking the question...
