So the latest that I heard is that the bankruptcy court judge for NWA has not yet approved the orders of those jets. All the press articles said clearly that the orders were contingent upon bankruptcy court approval. Since there has been no approval, there has been no announcement. All the talk of mergers and the latest retention of the "merger" firm by NWA might be an indication were are looking at plan B and/or C now.
