We want them ready for the summer. If they are too low on time it is a large investment before they can upgrade. It is something we are trying, don't be a tool with your comments. If you don't want to come work here, then don't. We don't need a lot of copilot's for the a/c and this is a way to get some folks on the property early, before they go somewhere else. Next fall we may do this with a 1000 hr pilot, who knows?
