Meaning if you are on the CRJ you cannot bid the EMJ as an FO, and samething with the EMJ, you cannot bid the CRJ as an FO. If your on the ATR, after 1 year you can bid the CRJ or EMJ. As a Jet FO you can only get off the aircraft by either being displaced or upgrading to captain. I actually went and counted the number of transfers to MIA EMJ and only 45 bid it out of 72 vacancies. On the next bid probably more FOs will bid it but I believe you will see some new hire slots going to MIA EMJ.
