Thankfully I passed that damn test today with an 84. As I was turning my paperwork in I had a conversation with the UFPM who told me that two weeks ago, at my base, an female Maj or Lt Col was separated over the pt failures with 19 years of service. I don't know if she was a flyer or not. I'm glad I won't have to press-to-test this issue, but I guess the powers that be are keeping their promise of administrative separation for failures.
Would love to know the details...but if it's seriously because they didn't meet the min. in one event, but still scored >75, give me a break. Nothing says "We care for our people," like this! One f'n year... One more reason to take care of your family and yourself first, because at the end of the day (or career) who will be there for you....certainly not he Air Force!
Now if is she was a fat POS who just skimmed by her whole career then good riddance!
