i realize that most fractionals are 7 on 7 off or something very close to it. so lets say you start on a wednesday and end on a wednesday. how long is your schedule goin to be like this? how does the bidding work? what does the bid look like, do you just bid for what days you want to start your week i:e one pilot may bid to start his week on a tuesday and another bids to start on a monday. is it a monthly bid?

feel free to explain different companies different scheduling procedures. fractionals are starting to seem like more and more of a desire for me and still trying to figure a few things out.............
