Not according to the summary. I don't know of anyone other than the JNC that has seen the actual language. Management can be kinda squirrely even then. Our current contract says our parents will get free travel on 9E aircraft. Then, with the new Delta "benefits," they started getting charged. Management's response: "We're not charging. DELTA is! So, we're still complying with the contract."
