Some of you RJ guys don't quite get that but when you fly long haul...ORD-PVG (15hours approx) there is 1 Captain, and 3 FO's, and (of course) only one can get the TO and Landing.
What's so difficult about grasping that on one leg, there's only going to be one landing?
