I see the misunderstanding, but my point wasn't to settle because we are currently among the higher pay rates. I was simply stating that our pay rates are currently among some of the best.

However, our current pay rates can be MUCH better. And we as a pilot group deserve MUCH better. We've worked hard to make this merger work, & we deserve what management stole from us through BK.( I mean collectively as a pilot group, I was hired post BK) I too believe pay & scope are among our most important areas. Take back the pay, take back the flying. The outsourcing has really hurt our product, & it's hurt the company's profit.
