I hate to sound harsh...but, you gotta do the research. Nowadays, these forum-type websites are a type of research that you're just gonna have to do if you are serious about this or any other job out there.
There lots of guys posting here that are either trying to get here and are relaying their interview experiences. And they are getting good (I try to do that and others are also) advice from current Atlas pilots.

Yes, there are a lot of night flights.
And, yes, FO's are type rated on both the B747 or the B747-400.
