Having first hand experience with TSH my advice is to stay away from any company under the ownership of TSH, Compass included. If you want details you can PM me. Skywest is hiring and so is Eagle. Unless Gojet hires you into the left seat as a direct hire, I wouldn't subject myself to working conditions at a TSH company for the elusive "quick upgrade" that can stretch out even beyond the current FO pay scale. I'm telling you this because I made the mistake of chasing a quick upgrade, and if I had the chance to do it all over again I would place quality of life and pay above the left seat mirage which repeatedly claims its victims in the regional airline desert. The accuracy of the jumpseat drama we read so much about, in my opinion, is irrelevant... the mere pay and working conditions should be enough to consider any TSH airline a last resort. Unless you've already been turned down by Skywest, Eagle, and just about every other regional out there... I would seriously reconsider.
