To Carl, rather than demand the Reps force O'Malley to include statements of Scope lines in the sand why not write him yourself, or through your Reps and let us know what he says. He says he's listening and wants feedback - give it to him and give him a chance to respond.
I don't know how to reach him yet. When you log on to the DALPA website, it still shows Moak as the chairman. Does anyone know Tim's email address? If Tim answers me, I'll let you know.
