I think he was just trying to make that point that if someone is really interested in the job, they'll do the research and read through the 64 pages on the thread...and invest 20 or 30 minutes of their time as part of their reseach on the company. There's a wealth of valuable information here. If each reader who stumbles across the thread posts the same questions without bothering to read the previous answers, the thread would be a lot less useful and hundreds of pages long.
