There are other means to circumvent monthly maximums (swap board), but they're transparent and available to all. Parking limits the load to a few and provides those individuals with super premium seniority rights.

Honestly I appreciate you "fixing" my earlier post. Just a little fuzzy on how using swap with friends is a violation of anything or "harms" anyone. The swapboard system was set up by ALPA and has always allowed folks to go over the cap.
Howz about instead of leaning at this windmill, we put seniority back into the reserve system where it is clearly VIOLATED, actually allowing the company to "harm" pilots.
