Reminds me a now defunct pt 135 outfit I worked for in Northern AK. After their fourth Fatal in as many years they were shut down by the feds. Go figure. I worked there for three months and finally woke up one morning packed my bag and left.

Yea, it is. The thing is, if they're operating under Pt 91, I don't think the Feds
can "shut them down" They can issue civil penalties for certain things, maybe lift a ticket or 2, but other than that...???
Now the insurance companies,
they're another matter.
They can shut them down, for sure.
