Assuming you know how to list using polaraircargo.com. Check with HKG ops to verify you're listed and introduce yourself. They'll ask you to wait for a staff to pick you up 2 hrs prior to departure (double check pickup time). They usually pick up at the information desk at the pax dept level. The staff will whisk you thru custom and security, and you'll be shuttled via a minibus to airside.
