Base is YIP, you can show there at 0001z on your first day or they will airline you from home (in the 48) to departure airport-typically JFK>EWR or LAX, though you will more than likely fly on your day off. 17 days on, 13 off/month most are all in a row. Some months ar good some aren't, 80 is definately not typical. Count on 60. MX isn't the best or the worst, I don't feel unsafe and won't go if I do. I was talking to one guy a "Pro FE" with Kalitta, he was thinking I had a better shot at FO. What kind of experience are you speaking of, I have 121/135, nothing heavy jet though.
Had they hired street captains? I noticed the junior CA was hired Aug 04. What is upgrade time like. Sorry for all of the questions, itching to move on from where I am at I guess.
