That's exactly the point.... It's NOT a codeshare flight. It can't be per the ruling. I hope the CAL MEC goes after them as well. They chose to continue to fly the flights anyway. If they couldn't pull off the logistical change in time to comply, then they shouldn't be operating.

On another note. Man, my hat is off (well it's off anyway) to that Skywest crew. Hope to work with them at mainline soon
