Not sure how the CO boards look at IAH but at ORD the boards alternate with all the flight code numbers for any given flight. And the're still listed as such in APOLLO. They're listed in the OAG as well. so check all the sited because any or all have to change after the next update. It's NOT instanteneous as you guys suggest.
That's exactly the point.... It's NOT a codeshare flight. It can't be per the ruling. I hope the CAL MEC goes after them as well. They chose to continue to fly the flights anyway. If they couldn't pull off the logistical change in time to comply, then they shouldn't be operating.
On another note. Man, my hat is off (well it's off anyway) to that Skywest crew. Hope to work with them at mainline soon
