Interesting stat. So by comparison, FedEx pilots are vastly underpaid for the contribution they make to the company. Not saying one or the other is better.. but I find your quote interesting.

The one thing you can not compare though.. and I know some may roll eyes and laugh.. is the travel perk. My wife and I have been all over the world on DAL... and while you have limited benefit for that on SWA.. it is zero on FedEx... Like I said, not sayin that one is better than the other... just sayin'

But as you say.. almost every headache I have had too has been passenger related, but those are few and far... far between..
