Quick question because I'm looking through the contract on this one. My friend not thinking answered the phone call from scheduling in which they offered a GS but is unable to do it but scheduling demanded and he was unable to give a "contractual reason" as to why. They said call the CPO.

I'm researching this while everyone sleeps in my house. I've gone through the PWA and WSC's but just trying to
figure out if it's a proffer or not...
