No thanks, you can have your extra 15%. I'll take a little less to avoid a career of night flying. I also enjoy working with people and that is a very rewarding and satisfying part of the job for me. You could offer me twice my current pay to come to FedEx and the answer would be a big thanks but no thanks. Enjoy your extra 15% pay, I don't need it
