Don't worry, relative postion won't happen...that would be a clear windfall seniority gain just as a staple would be a windfall seniority gain for you.
Maybe I am different from most pilots, it's not what I fly or what seat I am in, it's how much money I make and my quality of life. So 737 CA doesn't matter to me, the pay that I receive as a CA for SWA does. I will fly a 152 if I can get paid CA rate at SWA. I will even sit right seat in a 152 and work the radios, for the guys who think what seat they are in decides who they are in life.
