FWIW, I've been with Verizon for at least six years. I've never had an issue of any kind with their customer service and I've been really happy with the performance of their network. (excellent coverage, not many dropped calls, etc.)
Don't know if it's cheaper, though... it seems like I'm paying an awful lot for the whole family, even with the Delta discount. Maybe it's just that shrunken paycheck that's the problem!
I feel like I am paying an arm and a leg at Verizon, but that being said no problems. We have one droid and one blackberry both unlimited plans we share 750 minutes and pay $150+ per month.
Delta discount at Verizon? How did you manage that, they say nothing with Delta when I signed up 2 years ago.
