So, that 10 year F/O would make it tough on the 6 year captain? Why? The captain wasn't the arbitrator. He's just a guy that goes to work to fly airplanes when the company tells him to so.

Why not just wait for arbitration, then accept the results? All this online posturing does absolutely nothing to further your cause; it merely poisons your future work environment.
