Reserve sucks no matter where you are. I've commuted to reserve in 2 different bases, both 1 leg, 2 hour commutes. Compared to my friends at regionals and legacies, I'd say we have it pretty good. 3 hr call out, and I've never been short called. 99% of my trips have always shown up on the computer the day prior...and day of calls, I've had 6+ hours notice. Afternoon reserve is commutable in and out. Our afternoon reserve is 10am to 12am...but on the last day we're auto-released 6 hrs prior (6pm). I really can't complain.

As far as the IPO...we've heard nothing...nothing at all.
