QOL here is better than most places, especially if you live in base. At the moment we are seeing applicants with well over the minimum (4k) TT and several thousand hours jet PIC. I suspect that those numbers will come down quite a bit over the course of this year though, so dont lose hope. I suggest submitting your app and updating frequently(every other month perhaps) to show your level of interest.
