GSs btw are not for proffer. If you forget and answer the phone there are just a few reasons you can legally decline said GS but you can't just say no because you don't wanna.
I don't think this is correct. I believe you can turn down a GS for any reason. You are under no obligation to accept one. White slips are a different story though.
