As other people have mentioned in the past, maybe the problem isn't other people or the way Piedmont conducts business. Some things will just always be the way they are because that is the way they have always been.

It has been suggested to you in the past that maybe the solution is for you to leave Piedmont. Then you make excuses that you can't leave because you can't get a better job with only TP time, or you don't have enough PIC time, or why should you have to start over at the bottom of the list at another crappy regional.

Then you disappear from the forums for a while. When you come back, it's usually to complain about the way things are at Piedmont again. Like somehow you expected things to change?
