Ok, so the ones "in the field" (read: giving mx fits) are the 16 that were delivered to DAL in the mid 90's, and the 3 from Hello.
The aircraft waiting on the mod lines are the 11 from China eastern, 5 from SAS/Blue 1 (I must have missed the official memo about those,) and 7 that I can't account for. Anybody know where they're comming/came from?

I think the "official count" is up to 49...

16 original DL MD-90s
33 MD90s purchased since 2007 based on fleet renewal RFP memo on DLNet.

3 Hello MD90s are on line, no IFE at all, modded to 160 seats.
Of the 30 remaining already purchased MD90s, the 11 China Eastern have been delivered and are awaiting the new Panasonic/Weber Fusion seats with integrated IFE. I'm pretty sure they are with Timco in GSO.
Not sure what the disposition of the 5 ex SAS/Blue1 ships is, the first two are ship 929 & 930.

We bought 13 from China Southern but I think 12 are still in China, here is the "craigslist" posting 13ea MD90 For sale(SOLD!!!))
The first of the 13 China Southern MD90s is the Made in China ship 965...

That leaves a discrepancy of 1 ship for the "already purchased" count...
