But no one has mentioned the key point here! Because Skywest is not a union carrier, MANAGEMENT CAN TAKE IT ALL AWAY just as quick as they've given it. Talk about riding on the coattails of ALPA!
Some of the other benefits that Skywest continues to get without any element of contribution:
CASS (developed by ALPA in conjunction with the Feds)
Crew Pass (where available, also developed by ALPA in conjunction with the smurf police)
New Rest regulations (also developed through the facilitation of data provided by ALPA carriers, with only a 5% provided by non-union carriers.
