Better than most regionals on par with most majors. Just remember, some majors suck and some let let you work three mornings/nights a week. The only real QOL problem I see at NK is the complete lack of consistency in your schedule. You will fly early one day, red -eye the next and end up back early all in a four day trip. If you're senior (like anywhere else) you can get eighteen off and do turns from FLL to BOG or from DTW to RSW. If you're junior, you'll become a vampire and fly red eye turns from FLL to Santiago DR.

Some may claim to know what they're looking for, but I don't think anyone really knows. Being good friends with influential people always works, right?
