Stick it in and double click "Mac_Start" and it works very well.
(there is an issue with the dock blocking part of the screen on 13.3 screens, but hide the dock and you're fine)
All future training is supposed to be MAC capable. They are also switching from CD to thumb drives to work better on netbooks.
