Have had an iMac for the past 4 years. In the first 6 months I had to take it in to have the screen replaced on two different occasions; both covered by warranty (completely pixilated screens). After almost 4 years had to have the hard drive replaced. Still, I'm very satisfied with my iMac. What I like best about it compared to a PC is that it still runs at the same speed as when I bought it. Unlike a PC which after a year would always bog down on me due to registry problems, or just too many old files in there from stuff I had deleted. Yeah, I guess if I were a PC guru I could have remedied it, but when I got into that stuff it took hours. The mac is so much easier.
